All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any customs or import duties.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing the product is strictly forbidden.

Ordering multiple sizes or variations with the intention to return part of the order (also called “bracketing”) is not permitted.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be rejected for refund.
These conditions ensure fair usage of our return system and protect the hygiene, quality, and resale value of our products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

After approval, we will provide you with the return address of our international supplier (located in China).

You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs charges, return shipping fees, or handling costs.

We strongly recommend choosing a track & trace shipping method.

Returns lost in transit without proof of tracking cannot be refunded.

Failure to follow these steps may result in delays or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item arrives at our supplier’s warehouse and passes inspection:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method used during checkout.

Shipping fees, customs fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item fails inspection (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags), the refund may be reduced or denied.
4. Liability
Please read the following carefully:

We are not responsible for lost return shipments unless valid tracking information proves delivery to the correct return address.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the loss of the package is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported to info@SarahMitchellToronto.com within 24 hours after placing the order.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer are considered successfully delivered, and no refund can be issued.
